We are truly blessed to have produced such a remarkable young stallion. By our exceptional Hackney Horse stallion, Celtic Warrior, and out of our foundation Hackney mare, MH Chestnut Surprize, this exceptional young stallion just gets better with every day. His absolutely remarkable motion has gotten stares and gasps each and every time he's out (and he hasn't been shod yet!!), and we're looking forward to seeing how those genes will reproduce themselves in the breeding shed.

NEWS FLASH! ~ SW Show Stopper has begun his training and should be under saddle by the middle to end of October. Pictured here still BAREFOOT with five days of training on the lunge and first day in long lines, we're excited about his intelligence and trainability and are certain he is a sire to be reckoned with! Already his two foals are showing excellent minds, athleticism, and attitude, and now we know where they got it from. Whether you're breeding for fine harness, English or Park crossbreds, or dressage sport horses, he will add bone, substance, motion, and an excellent mind to your foals.

Pictured at left and below is our first SW Show Stopper foal, Regalo. This tall, elegant colt, shown at left at just five days old and below at four years, is out of our Premium Oldenburg Verband mare, Allegra, and what a mover he's going to be! Bred to be a dressage horse extraordinaire, his first turn-out proved that he's well on his way to becoming a dressage show stopper. With excellent bone, substance, type, and huge, fancy, sweeping gaits, this colt is destined to be another Silverwood Training Center superstar!

As a foal, Regalo was inspected and approved at the AWS inspection in Valley Center.  Although he was by far the youngest horse there, he was named Blue Preferred with a score of 79.45%, just .55% from Supreme, almost unheard of for such a young horse and such an "unconventional" cross and ended up as the HIGH SCORING HORSE of the entire inspection! There was a great turnout, so for him to be named the top scoring horse in such a strong group was very rewarding. We are very proud to be the breeder of this fine colt, and a confirmation of our choice to keep SW Show Stopper as one of our foundation Hackney stallions.
